The candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi defeated Ajiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and Abubakar Atiku of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in all the polling units situated in the University of Ibadan (UI), in the Saturday, February 25, 2023, presidential election.
According to the information gathered, Obi won in the nation’s Premier University with a score of 3,258 votes against Tinubu and Atiku, who scored 520 votes and 179 votes, respectively.
While counting the votes, students were singing to mock Tinubu and Atiku as they chant, “No structure as PO wins in all the polling units in the institution.
