Lanre Babalola, former Editor of P.M. NEWS, a sister publication of The News Magazine, who died around 6pm yesterday was today buried some minutes to 6pm in his Sango, Ogun State residence.
The family of the deceased met today and decided that he should be interred immediately.
The funeral service was conducted by The Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM).
Family, friends and colleagues, who were present at the funeral, could not hold back their tears as they were yet to come to terms with the death of the veteran journalist.
Among the representatives of the Independent Communications Network Limited (ICNL) at the funeral were Tunde Ogundele, Kazeem Ugbodaga, the Editor of P. M. News, Ademola Babalola, The Editor, The News Magazine, Isa Isawade, the Admin Manager and Yomi Osoba, Advert Manager.
