The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Oyo State, Senator Sharafadeen Alli, has congratulated former Senate Leader, Senator Teslim Folarin, on his 63rd birthday, describing him as a pillar of the party and a major force in its political structure in the state.
Alli, in a congratulatory message personally signed by him, described Folarin as an exceptional political leader and distinguished statesman whose political experience, loyalty and commitment to the development of Oyo State and Nigeria remain invaluable.
He said Folarin’s political journey, particularly his tenure as Senate Leader, had established him as one of the influential figures in the progressive political movement.
The APC candidate noted that Folarin’s political relevance went beyond the offices he had occupied, citing his ability to build relationships, mobilise political structures and provide strategic direction as factors that had continued to strengthen the party in Oyo State.
