The Executive Secretary of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund), Sunday Echono, on Friday, July 18, 2025, reached a significant academic milestone as he successfully defended his PhD thesis in Public Governance and Leadership at the Abuja Leadership Centre, University of Abuja (UNIABUJA).
Echono’s doctoral research is titled “Leadership Selection Process and Governance of Federal Universities in Nigeria (1993–2024)”.
