Popular Gospel artiste, Dunsin Oyekan, has been reportedly involved in a ghastly motor accident in the morning of September 3, 2022.
It was gathered that Oyekan and his crew were on their way to minister at the Youth Mega Jam holding at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan this morning.
The accident which occurred at Ishara Area involved the Toyota Landcruiser Prado Jeep they were traveling in and a trailer truck.
Though the details of the incident in still sketchy, it was gathered that one of the occupant sustained injury, there was no loss of life.
The crew were able to make their way to the venue of the programme and ministered with other invited artistes.
Testifying, Oyekan said during the ministration, “The devil tried everything not to make me come here today. If you saw the accident scene that I came out of, you can never believe that I walked out that thing alive. And to think that we were coming here, I said let me sleep a bit, so that I can be refreshed for the meeting, and the next thing I was going to see was, I just knew we were somewhere. I did not know that the jeep must have gone under the trailer. So, I walked though the valley of the shadow of death. So, if you are looking for a miracle, this is a miracle standing here. And Daddy said, “No, you don’t have to minister”. And I said even if it is to raise a song, I must open this mouth today. And all through yesterday in Lagos, the song the Lord gave me was “Ta lo da bi re, Oluwa” (Who is like unto thee, oh Lord)”
