Olajide Sowore, the younger brother of the Publisher of Sahara Reporters and #RevolutionNow Movement Founder, Omoyele Sowore, was buried on Thursday, September 9, 2021.
His body was laid to rest in their country home, Kiribo, in Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State after an emotion laden service.
Omoyele Sowore, was absent from his brother’s burial following a court restriction order by President Muhammadu Buhari through Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu since December 2019.
Olajide was shot dead at Okada area of Benin-Lagos expressway by gunmen suspected to be herdsmen on. He was on his way to Igbinedion university where he was studying Pharmacy before the unfortunate incident on Saturday morning.
