The Executive Chairman, Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA), Major Adekoya Adesagba (rtd), has revealed that the agency has launched an online public complaint channel aimed at receiving feedback, reports, and suggestions from residents.
Stating this in a statement, Adesagba stated that the initiative is part of OYRTMA’s ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery across the state.
He pointed out “This platform empowers the public to hold OYRTMA personnel accountable while providing us with valuable feedback to improve our operations. Every complaint will be treated with urgency and confidentiality.”
He added that the new system allows users to report misconduct by OYRTMA officials, file submissions anonymously or with their identity, and enjoy a secure, user-friendly experience.
The agency urged residents, motorists, and other stakeholders to take full advantage of the platform to foster a more efficient and professional traffic management system in Oyo State.
