Veteran Yoruba actress Hassanat Taiwo Akinwande popularly known as Yetunde Wumi has opened up about her relationship with the late filmmaker and media mogul, Alade Aromire, offering a glimpse into a chapter of her life many people were skeptical about, confirming that they married for about three years.
According to the seasoned actress, their paths first crossed at a film location stating, “I met Alade Aromire in a film location and we became close.”
According to her, their connection quickly deepened, both professionally and personally, reminiscing, “Aromire took me to many locations. He wrote many stories on me.”
She revealed that their bond blossomed into a romantic relationship, and eventually, the two tied the knot, explaining, “Later we started dating each other. We later married.”
The actress noted that the marriage lasted about three years, adding that despite their efforts to start a family, she shared that they were unable to have children together stressing, “We tried to have children but I didn’t have any child for him.”
