Nigerian Actor Joshua Eferewo, popularly known as Spark the Killer, has revealed that he has been suffering from diabetes for the past three years, noting that if not God, he would have died.
Spark the Killer stated this while fielding questions from Kunle Afod, adding that he had spent a huge amount of money on treating the sickness.

He said, “I am sick. I have been sick of diabetic, a killer disease. I have spent all that I have on it. I have spent so much money on it. There is no hospital I have not been to in Ijebu Ode, for treatment and cure of diabetes. I have been to about six hospitals. I have also been taking traditional medicine. If not for the mercy of God and the assistance of some people, I would have died.”
“I spent the whole of December in the hospital. While in the hospital, I was spending N1.5m every two weeks. At a point, I went into a coma for about five hours in one hospital in Ijebu One u Ode. When I realised that my people were spending so much money, I discharged myself. After that, Dr recommended some drugs for me, and I am taking these drugs till day”, he added.
